HAIX REPAIR SERVICE

We do not want to join the trend "disposable product". Instead, we want to make sure that our products can be used even longer. For this reason, HAIX offers the following repair services:

• Renewal of Shoelaces
• Renewal of the soles
• Renewal of the rubber rand protection and rubber toe caps
• Reworking sole edges
• Renewal of the inside backstrap, hooks and loops
• Seam repairs

Please note that not all repairs can be done on all models. Please also note that we can only evaluate on site whether a repair is still possible and also useful.

REPAIR PROCESS?

You want to have a repair done on your shoes? Then send the shoes to us!

To ensure a smooth process, please fill in the repair form and attach it to the shipment.

Repair Form 

If you have already been in contact with us, you can also enclose a copy of the correspondence. The current address, as well as your telephone number is needed to contact you if any questions arise. 

If there is a warranty claim, please enclose a copy of the invoice for review. 

Please note that defective shoes should always be sent in pairs. 

We ask for your understanding that we only accept brushed shoes for repair. Dirty shoes are returned without repair and freight costs will be charged.
