Waterproof thanks to GORE-TEX®
Your feet stay dry and you stay healthy because the Nature Trace GTX is permanently waterproof and extremely breathable. This is ensured by the three-layer GORE-TEX® membrane throughout the lining of the Nature Trace GTX.
Extra slip-resistant with VIBRAM
You'll stand securely in the Nature Trace GTX as it smooths your path on rough terrain. The sole of the Nature Trace GTX has an optimal rubber compound and is therefore particularly slip-resistant, stable and stiff. This is the VIBRAM effect incorporated into the sole of the Nature Trace GTX.
Secure hold thanks to anti-slip
The Nature Trace GTX gives you stability in every position. To protect you against skidding, the sole of the Nature Trace GTX with its special rubber compound and innovative tread construction offers extremely high slip resistance and grip on a wide variety of surfaces.
Extremely robust
Thanks to the rubber edge strip on your Nature Trace GTX, you are also protected from stones, branches or other sharp objects on rough terrain. The rubber edge strip also makes your Nature Trace GTX particularly durable.
Relieving cushioning with HAIX absorption
You'll experience a comfortable feel in the Nature Trace GTX even when you're out for several hours. Because the integrated cushioning wedge inside cushions your steps. We call this HAIX Absorption: for drive even on long working days.
Breathable with Climate System
In the Nature Trace GTX your foot can breathe, because a special foam system ensures that the air circulates in the shoe and moisture can escape. The Climate System works like an air conditioning system in a shoe.
Optimal hold thanks to 2-zone lacing
The Nature Trace GTX adapts perfectly to your foot in both the instep and the shaft area, so that it offers you optimal support. This is ensured by 2-Zone Lacing, an innovative 2-zone lacing system for foot and upper.
Precise fit thanks to special lasts
The right shoe for your feet. Thanks to specially designed lasts, your Nature Trace GTX fits perfectly and provides ultimate wearing comfort, the whole day long.
Different insoles are available for Nature Trace GTX to increase or reduce the volume in the shoe. For this purpose, we have developed a slightly thicker insole for narrow feet and a slightly thinner insole for wider feet.
Our Vario-Wide-Fit-System allows you to adjust the volume in the shoe.
The Nature Trace GTX has been tested according to the standard DGUV 112-191 (BGR 191) and is therefore approved for orthopaedic insoles.
This allows the Nature Trace GTX to be adapted even more optimally to the foot and to support its anatomical structure.
The rubber edge strip of the Nature Trace GTX provides stability and protects against spikes or stones. It therefore prevents unpleasant pressure points on the foot.
The shoes can be used for all hiking or hunting activities without annoying restrictions.
Unlike the Protector Forest 2.0, the Nature Trace GTX is not equipped with cut protection. Thus, it is slightly lighter than the Protector Forest 2.0.
While the Nature Trace GTX is often used for tracking, the Protector Forest 2.0 is suitable for forestry work.
The colours of the Nature Trace GTX are coordinated with hunting clothing, which is used when searching for hunted animals in wild terrain. So no one can be overlooked from head to toe.
A fitting, eye-catching shoe for hunting.
You can find all the right spare parts for our shoes on our spare parts page.
We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.
Half UK sizes differ in length by only a few millimetres.
You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
From experience, the Nature Trace GTX is a normal size. We therefore recommend that you choose the usual size.
Experience has shown that the shoe fits normally.
