In accordance with the German DGUV Rule 112-191 (BGR 191) "Use of foot and knee protection" from January 2007, orthopaedic modifications to certified safety footwear must be checked for conformity to standards.
HAIX has developed its own orthopaedic insole system, which is compatible with a large part of the HAIX product range. This can be adapted to the wearer's requirements.
To ensure that your HAIX shoes also conform to standards after orthopaedic adjustments (insole fitting and/or shoe elevation), the blank used by the orthopaedic shoemaker may only be used in conjunction with the HAIX CO system. Simply ask your orthopaedic specialist about the right insole for you.
Any local orthopaedic shoemaker can obtain these insoles directly from HAIX. The shoemaker processes the insole models he uses and adapts them to the individual requirements of the wearer's foot.
